JOB MANILA is an informational platform that aggregates and presents job listings and employer profiles. We are not a hiring agency and do not participate in the hiring process. All employment decisions are made solely between job seekers and employers. JOB MANILA makes no representations regarding the accuracy of job listings or employer information.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. JOB MANILA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Job Seeker Terms
- The platform is free for job seekers — no fees will ever be charged for browsing or applying
- You must not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
- AI matching results are suggestions only and do not guarantee interview or employment
5. Employer Terms
- Employers must post only legitimate, real job openings
- Job listings must comply with Philippine labor laws and anti-discrimination regulations
- Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their job postings
- JOB MANILA reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Post fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory content
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
7. Limitation of Liability
JOB MANILA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, JOB MANILA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila.
